Orilla, meaning “shore” in Spanish, is JVT’s newest neighborhood restaurant and bar, blending Mediterranean coastal charm with subtle Asian influences to create a layered, soulful dining experience. Inspired by coastal bistros and vintage European interiors, the space reflects Chef Saradhi Dakara’s vision through warm lighting, natural materials, and thoughtfully crafted custom elements. The interiors reimagined as a modern reflection of the coast: effortlessly elegant, warmly inviting, and rich in texture. Patterned tiles, woven details, hand-finished wood, and decorative moldings bring visual depth, while an earthy palette of greens, terracotta, mustard, and ochre anchors the space in a sense of place and nostalgia.
