The Dubai South Headquarters project was a full design and build undertaking, covering interior design, turnkey fit-out, and execution across two floors. The scope featured front-of-house spaces such as the main reception, display area, and immigration customer service zone—crafted to reflect the brand identity and provide a seamless visitor experience. Workspaces included open-plan workstations, enclosed offices, meeting rooms, and director cabins, each tailored to the needs of various business units. To promote collaboration, the design integrated café-style zones, breakout spaces, and open meeting points, complemented by smart workplace solutions for lighting, access control, and environmental management.
