Design Infinity completed the design and build of ACM Limited’s office at The Galleria Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), creating a workplace for the company’s regional financial and business operations.
Rather than following the traditional language of a corporate office, the design takes inspiration from hospitality interiors. The workplace is warm and welcoming, while still providing the professional environment required for a financial services company in one of Abu Dhabi’s key business districts.
A Workplace Designed Around People
Curved forms are a defining feature throughout the ACM Limited office. Arched details, rounded joinery and soft furniture profiles create a consistent visual language across the workplace. A palette of light wood, neutral finishes and warmer accents brings character to the interiors without overwhelming the space.
Lighting also plays an important role in shaping the environment. Integrated ceiling lighting illuminates arches, and decorative feature lights add depth across the office, while large windows bring natural light into the workplace.
Greenery is integrated throughout the open work areas and shared spaces, introducing a natural element between workstations. Artwork and carefully selected decorative pieces add colour and personality, giving the office its own distinct identity.
From Focused Work to Informal Collaboration
The workplace provides employees with different settings throughout the day. Open-plan workstations support everyday operations, while informal seating, shared tables and lounge-style areas provide spaces for conversations, meetings and collaboration.
One of the main social areas brings together curved lounge seating, a feature counter, greenery and views across Abu Dhabi. Its more relaxed character helps move the workplace beyond a conventional office environment and creates a space where employees can gather away from their desks.
Designed, Manufactured and Built In-House
A key part of the project was Design Infinity’s integrated in-house delivery. Our design, manufacturing and project teams worked together from design development through to final installation and delivery.
Custom joinery, glass, metalwork and bespoke interior elements were manufactured through Design Infinity’s facilities in Dubai Investment Park, giving the team greater control over detailing, coordination and execution.
Delivered through the combined expertise of our Dubai and Abu Dhabi teams, ACM Limited’s new office demonstrates how thoughtful workplace design and coordinated interior fit-out can create an environment that feels professional, comfortable and distinctly its own.
