Executed by Design Infinity and based in Yas Mall, Provis and Khidmah office adopted eco-friendly features that ensured maximum natural light, water-less urinals, recycled materials and even diverted waste away from the landfill during construction. Located on two floors, block walls and sizable portions of the Yas Mall façade were demolished to install large glazed windows to meet the requirements for natural light. Various-sized concrete slabs were also removed to create skylight domes above the office. One of the main design features is a 3D ceiling design in gypsum that features triangular LED lights running across it. We had to look at air purification, creating vibrant and collaborative open spaces and balancing natural and unnatural light. Provis and Khidmah has received the 4th highest PLATINUM LEED Certification. This ranking is 2nd highest in the GCC and 4th highest globally.
