We were entrusted with the responsibility of providing tailored fit-out solutions for Airtel’s new Middle East office and their day to day operations. We created a smart workplace that transcends the physical boundaries of the cubicle and office, creating an environment of collaboration and communication that fosters productivity and increases employee satisfaction. The main challenge about this project was the strict timeline. We had to design and build this project in a very short time. The project was a full turnkey project; we undertook everything in-house.  Airtel acquired LEED GOLD Accreditation, becoming the first Telecommunication company in UAE to achieve LEED certification. Airtel is the 2nd highest project in Dubai and 5th highest in UAE to achieve LEED GOLD certification. Sustainability was considered at every stage of the project: 42% of materials used were from sustainable sources, achieving full credit points by procuring materials by its environmental product declaration and material ingredients, water efficient fixtures are also expected to reduce consumption by 51% compared to the baseline, percent lighting power reduction achieved is 29.36 % and percent Energy Star rated equipment used is 100% while 81% of construction waste recycled. 100% of Low Volatile Organic compound materials has been used to build the fit-out. Percent of Daylight is 93%.
