Design Infinity is proud to have delivered the completed interior fit-out for KERNO, the first enterprise-class hardware manufacturing facility in the UAE, located in Dubai Silicon Oasis. Our scope includes executing the complete MEP and civil works from scratch, combining three warehouses into a single, fully integrated space.

As a full-cycle manufacturing facility focused on security, transparency, and advanced production capabilities, this project requires extensive coordination across complex mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure systems.

A significant milestone was achieved with the successful coordination and delivery of DEWA transformers within just eight weeks, substantially reducing the typical 14–16-week timeline. This accomplishment highlights our ability to manage technically complex projects, accelerate critical approvals, and maintain steady progress without compromising on quality.
